Tracing Materials: Recyclers, landfills, MRFs, aggregators can use Kolekt App to register materials entering and leaving their facilities. It can be used by all staff members at multiple locations or on trucks, using a regular smartphone. The administrator can track all KGs and marterials booked by the team from a central dashboard. The team can also register KGs bought from waste pickers with our face recognition features. This feeds into the operator’s inventory management dashboard.
Tracing payments: In the field many payments are done in cash or with multiple eMoney systems. Operators can register every payment made with the associated material transaction, and even confirm cash payments to phoneless collectors using Kolekt Pay. All cash transactions become visible in the cash management dashboard.
Transactions become revenue: Operators can issue certificates based on the incoming and outgoing proof of transactions. These Certificates convert to revenue when sold to Consumer goods companies. Kolekt’s verified waste recovery certificates platform makes this possible.

Using Kolekt App and Dashboard Waste operators can trace the materials entering or leaving their facilities.
Step 2 / 1-2 months
Trace Payments
Using Kolekt Pay Operators can confirm (cash and eMoney) payments by their staff to suppliers. In the dashboard the admin can keep track of the cash management of the facility.
Step 3 / 1 month
Certificates
Once all purchase, sale and disposal transactions are registered consistently, we assit with the issuance of Kolekt Certificates. This includes an audit of the Coop’s bookkeeping, transaction registration and impact claims.
