Let’s Start
Step 1 - Do some test transactions
Download the app. Kolekt App is on Google Play or Apple App store.
Look for the green kolekt icon
If you can’t find it, then your country is probably not ‘whitelisted’ by us. Send an email (above) to us requesting your country to be included.
Register as a “no-phone” user, using face recognition
Remember your user name, since it has to be spelled the same as when you registered
If you register as a phone user, you may not always receive a verification code, since some telecom companies operate an erratic service in our experience
Do a some test BUY transactions with a friend.
Use the green (+) button at the bottomchoose the BUY option, and do a test buy transaction.
Register your friend as the SELLER, using face recognition

With the Dashboard you can monitor and view your teams’ transactions.

Login and set up the Dashboard in ‘Centers’
Add yourself (and your team) to "centers" in the dashboard.
On the left menu click Centers, press the ‘edit’ pencil icon;
in users, search your name and select it
Save with your login password
View your transactions
Your dashbooard should now show your transactions.
Also view the “transactions” menu item and the “Users” menu
Do a few more test transactions: do a BUY, a SELL, a REQUEST, an OFFER, add and remove from to STOCK
Check the results in the Dashboard
Now ask your staff to download the app & add them to ‘Centers’

Start with 1 buying location first
We recommend that you start at the top of the supply-chain (the Recycler) and then work your way down. However, if you have good relationships with the buyback/collection centers, then you can start there too.
Make Kolekt mandatory from day 1, otherwise the staff will find excuses to avoid using the app. Most staff find the app to be an unnecessary extra step in their daily work. Maybe offer wifi as some users may not have enough data on their mobile. Or provide a dedicated phone for this function.
Create one dashboard per buying location, and make sure all the staff buying and selling are added to the "center" in each dashboard.
